Your Self Care Kit should include: 

  • Paracetamol and/or ibuprofen
  • ​Child paracetamol or ibuprofen syrups 
  • Thermometer
  • Tweezers
  • Scissors
  • Selection of plasters
  • Elastic bandages and dressings
  • Mild antiseptic wipes/spray
  • Antihistamines (hayfever tablets)
  • Travel sickness tables
