Engagement and Communication Strategy

Harrow CCG's Engagement and Communication Strategy is designed to support the organisation to reach its objectives and vision. Our draft strategy for 2018-21 sets out our approach to engagement and communication, both within the CCG and externally with our many stakeholders.

It also sets out how we will:

  • Communicate effectively with our members
  • Build public confidence in, and manage the reputation of the NHS in Harrow
  • Develop close working relationships with our stakeholders, which will allow them meaningful opportunities to influence our decision-making

The CCG has co-produced its engagement and communications strategy for 2018-21 working with a wide range of our stakeholders, including patient and community and voluntary sector representatives, Healthwatch, Public Health, and our Governing Body Lay Member for Patient and Public Engagement.
